2-14-16 low voter turnout projected for tuesday’s primary

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin’s Government Accountability Board is predicting about 10 percent of eligible voters will go to the polls Tuesday for the spring primary election. The February 16th primary election includes the three-way Wisconsin Supreme Court race between Court of Appeals Judge Joanne Kloppenburg, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Joe Donald and recently appointed state Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Bradley.
