The Fond du Lac Police Department has been notified of a change of address for a convicted child sex offender. Police say James Hansan was released from prison in December after serving three years for Possession of Child Pornography. He was previously convicted of 1st degree Sexual Assault of a Child in Winnebago County in 1984. He will be moving to 186 East Johnson Street March first. Hansan’s victims were two boys ages eight and ten. Special conditions of Hansan’s release are that he have no contact with the victim, no unsupervised contact with minors, no presence in taverns, bars, or liquor stores, and no use of alcohol or illegal drugs.
