3-19-16 kasich to campaign in wisconsin

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Ohio Gov. John Kasich plans to campaign in Wisconsin next week, the first announced event from a presidential candidate as the state’s April 5 primary nears.  Kasich announced Friday that he will hold a town hall in Wauwatosa on Wednesday over the noon hour. The appearance is the first announced campaign stop in Wisconsin for any of the three Republican or two Democrats candidates still in the presidential race.  Wisconsin is expected to be a focus for all the candidates after primaries in western states on Tuesday.  Kasich has already secured support from three former Wisconsin politicians, including former Gov. Tommy Thompson and congressman Mark Neumann and Scott Klug.
