Fond du Lac based Mercury Marine has advanced to the final four of the Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest. Merc spokesman Lee Gordon says Mercury’s Joystick Piloting System with Skyhook Technology is one of four finalists for the award sponsored by Wisconsin Manufacturer’s and Commerce. Gordon says the joystick is like the steering wheel on the boat. Gordon says the final round of voting continues through October 16th. Voters may cast only one ballot per day at www.madeinwis.com.
