11-14-17 preliminary autopsy results show no signs of foul play in death of infant

The assistant Fond du Lac police chief says  preliminary autopsy results show no indication of foul play in connection with the death of an infant.  Rescue personnel were called to an East Second Street residence last Wednesday for an unresponsive baby.  The three month old girl was pronounced dead at St. Agnes Hospital.  “There’s no obvious signs of foul play or suspicious circumstances,” assistant police chief Steve Klein, told WFDL news.  “We’re awaiting final results of the autopsy and the investigation is ongoing but at this point nothing appears to be suspicious.”
