The public is invited to an open house to comment on the findings of a Waupun Facilities Advisory Committee. Community Economic Development coordinator Sarah Van Buren says the committee has concluded their findings and want public input to help finalize recommendations for the common council. Van Buren says eight public facilities were reviewed for potential improvements, the aquatic center, city hall, the community center, Department of Public Works garage, the Heritage Museum, the library, public safety building and the senior center. Van Buren says all of the buildings are in need of improvements, the question is how are the projects prioritized. The public open house is being held from 4pm to 6pm at the Waupun City Hall Auditorium.
