KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) — House Speaker Paul Ryan has some advice for Carthage College’s new graduates. Don’t worry too much about the plan. Ryan told the 656 graduates that sometimes, fulfillment lies in very unpredictable places. Speaking to the Class of 2016 Sunday at the Kenosha college, Ryan said his plan was to become an economist, but that a political opportunity put him in Congress.
