A Fond du Lac delegate to the Democratic National Convention this month says he’s not surprised that Joe Biden will not be at the convention in Milwaukee to accept his party’s White House nomination. Tom Kitchen will be attending the convention virtually, from his home. “Looking back in March when they were selecting the delegates we knew then of the possibility this convention would not be held as normal and would be a virtual convention,” Kitchen told WFDL news. Kitchen says he think’s the decision is the right move. This will be Kitchen’s tenth DNC as a delegate.
