9-23-20 fdl county health department offering drive-thru flu clinics for fdl county students

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the Fond du Lac County Health Department will NOT be offering injectable flu vaccine at each individual school in the county this year. Instead, we will be holding three drive-thru clinics throughout Fond du Lac County to more efficiently immunize children. ANY CHILD from 4-18 years of age that resides in Fond du lac County or attends a Fond du Lac County school will be able to receive a FREE flu shot.
CLINIC DATES/TIMES:
Saturday, October 10th from 9 am – 2 pm, Fond du Lac County New Highway Garage 1820 S. Hickory St., Fond du Lac  Saturday, October 24th from 9 am – 2 pm, Campbellsport Highway Garage, 284 Industrial Parkway Campbellsport Tuesday, October 27th from 3:30 pm – 7 pm, Brandon Highway Garage, 362 S. Woodward St. Brandon
CLINIC SITE DETAILS:
 Please DO NOT bring your child for a flu vaccine if you or your child are sick or under quarantine for COVID-19.
 Masks are required to participate.
 Please wear clothing that enables easy access to the upper arm (short sleeves, loose-fitting shirt, or layering).
